API Roller reamer: The Roller Reamer( Drilling Reamer) vigor supplies is fully manufactured according to API Spec. Note: The roller stabilizer (drilling reamer) is used for all kinds of reaming stabilization in drilling operation, especially the function of stabilization in drilling of the abrasive formation. It is a very popular tool for hole size from 4 5/8 to 26inch. Additionally, it can be used in different hole when same body is equipped with different bearing block and roller. The body is made of modified a alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285-341brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength. Rollers are available below:1. narrow-teeth type is used for cutting of hole wall for soft formation2. wide-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formation.3. inserted tungsten carbide alloy type is for hard formation.
